As attitudes about marijuana around the united states continue to change,  minds(and oven doors) are opening to the amazing variety of ways to ingest your favorite herb.  Ganja food has been around for centuries, but with the advancement of the concentrate industry, chefs the world over are now able to accurately infuse marijuana oils into nearly any food.

Cooking with marijuana requires a scientist’s touch to draw out and control the cannabinoids like tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, which alter one’s mood and physical sensations. To get a consistent, controllable effect, marijuana is best heated and combined with fats like butter, olive oil or cream.
