The solid valve system has a higher build quality than the easy valve system, and adds a few nice features over the easy valve. Lets take a quick look at cleaning the SOlid Valve and replacing the bag.
Lets take apart the mouthpiece here, all the pieces are extremely well made and look built to last.
Then dismantle the bag and valve portions. The valve portions will be sticky.
Put all your parts in a alcohol bath, agitate it for a bit, and you should be good to go. If you have some stubborn areas, use an old toothbrush for this, not the included brush.
Okay reassemble everything and put the bag back on, with great care as it Its vital when you replace the bag that you space the edges out evenly, otherwise it will DEFINITELY have issues when you inflate it. Take your time and get his even. use the rubber o-ring, fold back and replace outer plastic ring. Trim the excess, and seal the other end and you are done!
